SHIPPING & STORE POLICY

* Prices are for one plant only

* Plants are shipped bare-rooted, without pot or soil

​

* During shipping, colors may fade and some leaves may shrivel, droop or even fall off due to being in a dark box for several days without soil. Don’t panic! The color will come back soon after you plant them, and with soil and lots of sunshine, new leaves will grow from the center. Check out our CARE section for more information.

* Shipping is USPS 2-day Priority with a tracking number. This is better for you and better for your plants.

​

* Unfortunately we have no control over the package once it is handed over to USPS, so we will not be able to cover the losses caused by USPS.

​

* We guarantee our plants to be in good shape upon shipping and that you will receive healthy plants from us. If any plant is dead or rotten upon arrival, please contact us right away with pictures.

​

*We recommend against shipping to areas with extreme heat or cold.
